Duration is accumulated at millisecond precision before display rounding. Evaluation count is tracked separately. The meter measures audio analyzed and does not count AI tokens.

Whole-call duration stays separate.
When recording is enabled, the complete session continues until your transport ends. Recorded duration is measured independently from the audio used for the decision.
